Air Fryer's are the newest craze right now and after seeing this recipe it's going to make you want to buy one if you haven't already! Making chicken wings in an air fryer is quicker and tastier than the conventional ways like grilling or baking them. There's no need to preheat an air fryer and the forced circulated heat makes them crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Now just add a smack of Elijah's Xtreme and these wings are gonna blow your socks off!
Air Fryer Mango Habanero Hot Wings
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
Spray your air fryer with cooking spray and set it to the side.
Pat wings dry and sprinkle salt over them.
Set air fryer to 360F (182C) and place wings in the basket so that they aren't touching. You may need to line the wings standing upright along the sides. Cook for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, flip the wings and cook for 12 more minutes.
Increase the heat to 390F (199C) and flip the wings once more. Cook for 6 more minutes or until the outside is extra crispy.
During the last 6 minutes, microwave the butter until it's golden and melted then whisk in Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Hot Sauce.
Toss the wings with the butter and hot sauce mixture until all the wings are completely coated.
Serve and enjoy!
