Directions
Buns
Add milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar to the mixer. Let the yeast activate for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes add the melted butter, egg, sugar, salt, red food coloring, and 3 tbs Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce. Start the mixer and while it is running pour in the flour. Mix until ready (5 mins).
Add some flour to a work surface and mead the dough into a big ball. Grease a large bowl and place the dough ball in the bowl and cover it with cling wrap. Let it sit for 90 minutes.
After 90 minutes, stretch out the dough and cut into 6 equal pieces. Form the buns into balls and place on a cooking tray. Press them down on the tray and cover with cling wrap. Let sit for another 90 minutes.
After the 90 minutes, brush egg wash on the top and sprinkle sesame seeds to your liking. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
