Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish with beef tenderloin, mushroom and a deliciously creamy sauce. We decided to add a bit of spice to make it a perfectly spicy meal that everyone will love! This recipe is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 10.5 oz can condensed beef consomme with gelatin added, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 dashes Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 8oz container of sour cream
Directions
In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add onion and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 more minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
Cook and stir beef sirloin cubes in same skillet for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Pour ⅔ of the beef consomme into the skillet. Bring mix to a boil. Mix in garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, black pepper and Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ⅓ beef consomme with flour until smooth then stir into beef mixture, return to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Stir in onion and mushrooms and cook until heated through. Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream, serve and enjoy!
