This recipe was made by Matt Ramsey (tiktok: @cookerofdeliciousness). He made a brisket and added Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce to add a little bit of spice.
Fully cooked beef brisket, cut in cubes
2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sweet BBQ sauce
Cut fully cooked brisket into cubes and place in a large baking pan.
Pour 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup sweet BBQ sauce and 2 Tbsp Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce.
Mix well until all meat is fully coated.
Cover pan with tin foil and smoke meat for 45 minutes. Let internal temp reach 250F-275F.
