1 large head of cabbage
2 cups cooked barley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups chopped oniion
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2-3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs ground pork
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Cook cabbage in boiling water just until outer leaves pull away easily from head. Set aside 10 large leaves for rolls. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the garlic, onion, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper. Crumble pork over mixture and mix well.
Cut out the thick vein from the bottom of each lead, making a V-shaped cut. Place about ½ cup pork mixture on a cabbage leaf; overlap cut ends of leaf. Fold in sides. Beginning from the cut end, roll up. Repeat. Place rolls, seam side down in a greased baking dish.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sauce ingredients; cook and stir until smooth. Pour over rolls. Cover and bake at 350F for 80-90 minutes.
