Ingredients
8 jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
16 slices of bacon
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside. Set onto a nonstick baking dish/pan.
Add cream cheese to a bowl and mix honey, ½ Tbsp Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half equally with the cheese mixture.
Mix the remaining honey with brown sugar and ½ Tbsp Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce. Rub each slice of bacon with the mixture (get both sides).
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon. You can use toothpicks to hold the bacon if desired.
Bake jalapeno poppers for about 20-30 minutes. You want the peppers to soften and the bacon to get crispy.
Remove from heat, cool and serve!
