Elijah's Xtreme
Ingredients
16-20 count shrimp
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp honey
1/3 lemon, juiced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger or paste
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 1/2 tsp Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce

Peel and devein shrimp. Put shrimp in a bowl and season with rice vinegar, chili flakes, soy sauce, garlic and ginger powder. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
For sauce: In a pot, add soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, chili flakes and Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce and heat until the sauce is warm.
Stick shrimp on skewers starting at the tail.
Add tempura batter to a medium bowl with water and a dash of lemon La Croix (optional). Dip skewers in tempura batter and then fry in oil for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle sauce over shrimp, serve and enjoy!
