Pulled pork cooked in a slow cooker, mixed with Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper Sauce and topped with coleslaw. Try this recipe out for a delicious sandwich recipe that'll knock your socks off.

Ingredients
2 medium onions, sliced (2 cups)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 boneless pork shoulder roast (4-5 lbs)
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper Sauce
1 Tbsp molasses
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dijon mustard
3 cups coleslaw mix
3 Tbsp lime juice
10 rolls of choice, split in half
Directions
Place onions in a 4 or 5 qt slow cooker.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper, rub over the roast. Place roast over onions.
In a small bowl, mix broth, vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, Elijah’s Xtreme Carolina Reaper Sauce, molasses, garlic and mustard. Pour over roast. Cook, covered, on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove roast from slow cooker, let cool slightly.
In a small bowl, toss coleslaw mix with lime juice. Shred pork with 2 forks and return the pork to the slow cooker until it’s heated through.
Serve on rolls with coleslaw and enjoy!
