Sheet bakes are a quick and easy way to make a delicious dinner in minutes! Adding some Elijah’s Xtreme Carolina Reaper sauce will take it up a notch and give your meal the spice it needs.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Sheet Pan Bake
1 1/2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
4 russet potatoes cut into cubes
1 10oz package of frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bites
4 strips bacon cut into one-inch pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
In a medium bowl, mix together diced potatoes, 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper sauce and 1/3 of Ranch seasoning.
Lay potatoes onto baking sheet.
In the same bowl, mix broccoli, 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper sauce, and 1/3 of Ranch seasoning.
Lay broccoli onto baking sheet.
Using the same bowl, coat chicken with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper sauce, and remaining ranch seasoning.
Lay chicken on the baking sheet with broccoli and potatoes.
Top all of the ingredients with diced bacon.
Bake at 400 F (200C) for 20 minutes.
Take pan out of oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
