Ingredients
8 oz aged cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Black sea salt
Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce
Directions
Cut cheese into ½ inch cubes. In a microwave, melt chocolate then stir in a few drops of Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce until smooth.
Dip cheese cubes into chocolate, let excess drip off. Place on wax paper.
Sprinkle with a few grains of salt. Let stand until set.
Serve and enjoy!
