Ingredients
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
Optional coatings: Chocolate sprinkles, dutch-processed cocoa, espresso powder and cacao nibs
Directions
In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and milk, then stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and a few drops of Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm enough to roll.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in coatings as desired.
