Ingredients
3 celery stalks, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 baked potatoes, cubed
1 49oz can chopped ocean clams
1 20ox can clam juice
Oil
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
2 cups heavy cream
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp thyme
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce
Directions
Dice the celery stalks, onion, and cube the potatoes.
In a little bit of oil, saute onions and celery and add flour once those are cooked down. Pour clams and clam juice in. Mix.
Now, add heavy cream, thyme, bay leaves, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce in.
Once all that is mixed, add cooked potatoes and simmer until soup is thickened and warm.
Serve with cilantro on top and serve!
