This recipe is an addicting concoction of chicken, bacon, ranch, and cream cheese. Making it in a crockpot takes all the work out of it so it's a perfect, deliciously easy meal for a busy weeknight.
Crack Chicken Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
16 oz cream cheese
8 slices bacon
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
Add chicken to crock pot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and place cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks in the crockpot. Stir cream cheese and bacon in with the chicken. Then spread Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce on top and spread into a thin layer.
Sprinkle cheese over, cover and cook for 10 more minutes.
Add the green onions on top, serve and enjoy!
