Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp french onion soup mix
1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
Chopped chives, to sprinkle
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Place tater tots in single layer on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the milk and soup mix. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat until foaming. Add flour and stir to combine, cook for 2 minutes until bubbling. Remove from heat. Slowly whisk in the milk mix, Elijah’s Xtreme Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce and sour cream. Return to medium heat and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Pour in a baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Arrange tater tots on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
