Fully Loaded Nachos
You can't go wrong with nachos. Check out how to make these super simple spicy chicken nachos in under 30 minutes
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 tbs Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 large bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1 small onion, diced and cooked
1/2 diced avocado
1 large diced tomato
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
sour cream, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 425º F.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, taco seasoning and Elijah's Original Hot Sauce. Mix well.
Add 1/3 the tortilla chips to a skillet and top with seasoned chicken. Add 1/3 of the cheese, 1/3 of the black beans, and 1/3 of the onions. Repeat two more layers.
Bake until cheese is melty, 10-12 minutes.
Top with tomato, avocado, green onions and cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream.
You can always add more hot sauce after!
