Ingredients
1/4 cup Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups shredded chicken
Kosher salt
Black pepper
8 large lettuce leaves
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions
In a large skillet at medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Add Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce and honey then stir.
Add the chicken and cook until warmed throughout and coated in sauce, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken.
Arrange lettuce and spoon the chicken mixture into the leaves.
Top with cheese and drizzle ranch over the lettuce cups.
Serve and enjoy!
