Ground Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp white granulated sugar
2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 head of cabbage (8 cups)
1 large carrot (1/2 cup, shredded)
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for Stir Fry:
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Saute onion for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds. Add beef, making sure to break it up, and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
Once beef is browned, add half of the sauce. Stir frying to evenly coat.
Add cabbage and carrots. Cook until cabbage is wilted. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Mix the rest of the sauce in.
Serve warm and enjoy!
