Grouper is the perfect fish for tacos because it's very mild in flavor so it really takes on the flavor of the seasonings that you choose. In this case, it will take on the flavor of Elijah's Pineapple Mango Hot Sauce to give it that vibrant sweet flavor that we love!

Ingredients
3 Tbsp butter
Flour
2 large grouper filets (about 1 1/2 lbs)
Juice of 1 lemon, about 3-4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper, to taste
Taco or fajita shells
1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
Directions
To a large skillet, add the butter and heat over medium-high heat to melt butter.
Dredge fish through flour, coating both sides.
Add fish to skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on the first side, or until nicely seared and golden brown.
Flip fish, season again and squeeze the lemon over the fish and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
To make the fish tacos: slightly warm each taco shell momentarily on a dry skillet over medium-high heat before adding lettuce, sliced fish, tomatoes, cheese and Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce.
