This recipe is perfect for meal prepping! It makes about 15 egg bites so you'll have enough for breakfast the whole week!
High Protein Egg Bites Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 turkey sausage
1 bell pepper
2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce
In a skillet on high heat brown turkey sausage, add in diced bell pepper and cook together.
In a bowl, crack 9 eggs, add them to a blender with cheese, cottage cheese, salt, and Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce. Blend.
Grease a muffin tin and fill them about ¾ of the way up with the egg mixture. Add in sausage and bell pepper mixture.
Boil water and add it to a glass baking dish and set on the bottom rack in the oven. Then put the muffin tin on the top rack and cook at 350F for 25 minutes.
