This sweet and spicy salmon is so easy to make! You only have to use one pan and it's ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients
4 6oz salmon filets
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning, optional
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Pat salmon dry then season with salt, pepper, paprika, blackening seasoning (if using). Set aside. Preheat broiler.
Add butter and oil to a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, add garlic, water, soy sauce, Elijah’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, honey, and lemon juice and cook for 30 seconds or so until the sauce is heated.
Add salmon, skin side down and cook for 3 minutes. Baste frequently with sauce from the pan.
Broil salmon for 5-6 minutes, basting with sauce once during the broil.
