Directions
Directions for Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce, cheese, salt, garlic, onion, pepper and parsley until fully combined. Add a Tbsp or 2 of water if needed.
Form 1 ½ in balls and place on a pan. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway. Take meatballs out and let cool.
Directions for Mummy Meatballs:
Lower oven temp to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out dough and cut into 4 rectangles.
Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 10 pieces, you should have a total of 40 slices of dough.
Wrap 2 pieces of dough around each meatball to look like bandages on a mummy. Leave a small hole in the center for the eyeballs. Bake 13-17 minutes. After taking meatballs out, let cool and then use ketchup or mustard to make 2 dots as eyes.
Serve on toothpicks and enjoy!
