Overnight oats are one of the easiest breakfasts that you can meal prep for. Not to mention they're healthy, and deliciously sweet and spicy!

Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats + 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup fruit of choice (we like black cherries and cranberries)
1-2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce
Directions
In a jar or bowl, combine the oats + cinnamon, chia seeds, and nut butter. Add a splash of the milk and mix the nut butter into the oats. Then add the rest of the milk and stir to combine.
Top with fruit of choice. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
When ready to serve, drizzle Elijah’s Xtreme Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce on top and enjoy!
