This recipe was made by Sagen Jackson (tiktok: @thekitchendancepartii). She made grilled chicken kabobs and added Elijah's Pineapple Mango Sauce, along with fresh pineapple and mango.
Pineapple Mango Chicken Kabobs Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
1 cup freshly sliced pineapple
1 cup freshly chopped mango
1 cup chopped and cooked seitan
4 kabob skewers
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce
Preheat grill to about 400F.
Cook seitan, chop and toss in ¼ cup of Elijah’s Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce.
Next add 3-4 seitan pieces to kabob skewer alternating pieces between pineapple and mango slices.
Once grill is hot add kabobs to grill and allow to cook on both sides for about 7 minutes. While grilling brush kabob with remaining hot sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
