This recipe was created by Eman (tiktok: @eman_inthekitchen). She made shrimp tacos with Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce and homemade guacamole and mango salsa. This is a great refreshing summer meal.
1 lb jumbo shrimp
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Sauce
In a bowl, add the jumbo shrimp and drizzle olive oil over it.
Add the garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix it all together until shrimp is completely coated in the seasonings.
Transfer the shrimp to a pan and cook for a couple minutes on each side.
While shrimp is cooking, toast the tortillas until they're golden brown on either 1 side or both.
Lay the tortillas on plates and start by spreading the guacamole on the bottom, the layer lettuce, mango salsa, and shrimp. Now drizzle some sour cream and then Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Sauce on top.
