Ingredients
Ribeye
Shredded hash browns
Mushrooms, chopped
Onions, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Roasted garlic
Green bell peppers, diced
Eggs, scrambled
Cheese
Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce
Mild salsa
Hellman's Roasted Garlic Sauce
Directions
On a griddle, grill ribeye, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes (mixed with roasted garlic) and hash browns until browned and ready, stirring every couple minutes.
Take ribeye and other toppings off the griddle. Slice ribeye into strips.
Scramble some eggs with a dash of milk and spread that out on the griddle to form a large thin layer of egg. Cook until eggs turn white and a light yellow.
Top egg layer with hash browns, steak strips, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes and cheese of choice.
Gently roll the omelet together until it looks like a burrito, then place on a plate.
Top with more toppings if desired and drizzle some salsa, roasted garlic sauce and Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce.
