Skip the takeout and make this amazing and easy shrimp fried rice at home! Loaded with eggs, rice, vegetables and Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce. You won't regret it!
Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, whisked
2 large zucchini, chopped in bite size pieces
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2-3 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
4 Tbsp sesame oil (any light oil)
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in non stick pan. Add shrimp and cook until pink on both sides. Remove the cooked shrimp and place on a plate.
In same pan, add 2 Tbsp oil and add chopped zucchini. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add frozen peas, frozen vegetable mix and cook everything for 3 minutes. Remove cooked veggies and place on a plate.
Now add whisked eggs and turn in scrambled eggs. Remove to a bowl.
In same pan, add 1 Tbsp oil, chili flakes, salt, pepper, Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir everything til the first boil.
Now add cooked shrimp, veggies, eggs and rice. Stir everything together and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
