This recipe was made on youtube by White Bulls BBQ. They used Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce on a whole spatchcocked chicken!

Whole spatchcocked chicken
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce
White Bulls BBQ Bird Gang Rub
Heat smoker to 300F.
Rub whole chicken down with White Bulls BBQ Bird Gang Rub and put on grill.
Smoke for 30 minutes then spritz the chicken with water only.
After about another 30 minutes or when the chicken reaches an internal temp of 140F you want to spritz it again with water and then add Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce and rub it all over the top of the chicken.
Put back on the grill after adding the sauce and crank the heat up to 335F and cook until internal temp reaches 163F.
Cut chicken and serve!
