SPICY GHOST PEPPER RAMEN RECIPE | ELIJAH'S XTREME

2 packages of ramen noodles
1/2 tsp Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce
2 cups chicken broth or dashi
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp Sake
1 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
Prepare toppings. Fresh ramen noodle will be done cooking in less than 2-3 minutes therefore you should prepare all of your toppings before you start cooking the ramen noodle.
Prepare noodles. In a large pot, fill 2/3 of the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat and set aside until you are ready to cook ramen noodle.
Heat sesame oil in a pot that fits 4 cups of water. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant. Pour in your Ghost pepper sauce in with this mixture after you pull it from the direct heat.
Strain noodles and place in a bowl
Pour the sesame oil, garlic, Ghost pepper sauce, ginger mixture over top of the ramen and you are ready to eat!
