Traditional spinach and artichoke dip but spicy!
Spicy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
6 oz frozen spinach, dethawed and squeezed to drain excess liquid
2 15oz cans artichoke hearts
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded white cheddar
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 cup ricotta
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 tubes of dough
4 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce
Get 3 tubes of dough. Roll out first tube into a sheet. Form a football shape with the other 2. Toothpick the corners of the football. Trim excess and use for football laces. Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Add spinach to a large mixing bowl. Add artichoke hearts, cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, ricotta, garlic and Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Take dough out of oven and pour dip in. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Take toothpicks out, put laces on top. Serve and enjoy!
