It's Italian night so bring the flavors of Italy into your house by making this traditional cannelloni dish!
Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
1 cup tomato passata (puree)
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups chopped spinach
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped basil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Salt and Pepper
4 fresh lasagna sheets
3/4 cups tomato passata, extra
1 cup grated mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan, extra
Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease a glass dish and pour in the tomato passata, making sure to spread evenly over the bottom of the dish.
Place ricotta, spinach, parsley, basil, parmesan, Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl, mix well.
Cut each lasagna sheet in half, crosswise. Place ⅓ cup of ricotta mix along length of each lasagna sheet and roll to form a tube. You should have 8 tubes total.
Lay tubes side by side in the dish. Spoon over extra tomato passata to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
