These sweet and spicy chicken skewers are not only easy to make but tasty as well. You get some heat with a little sweetness to balance it out!

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Roasted Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
Directions
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 min to prevent burning.
Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
In a small bowl, mix together Elijah's Xtreme Roasted Pepper Sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Cut chicken breast into small cubes. Place in a bowl and pour in marinade. Mix well and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
Put about 4-5 pieces of chicken on each skewer and line on a baking sheet.
Bake skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning the chicken skewers half way through.
Serve with rice or as an appetizer and enjoy!
