This soup is perfect for a cold winter day. It tastes just like eating a taco but without the tortilla. It's hearty, protein-packed, and deliciously filling.
Taco Soup Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
2 lbs ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups water
3 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
1 16oz can of mild chili beans, undrained
1 15oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1 15oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 14oz can stewed tomatoes
1 10oz can diced tomato with green chiles
1 4oz can chopped green chiles
1 packet ranch salad dressing mix
Optional toppings: tortilla chips, cheese, avocado, and sour cream
In a dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and water then mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Add desired toppings, serve and enjoy!
