Texas chili isn't like normal chili. It's bean-free and xtremely spicy!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 yellow onions, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 lb ground beef
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup ancho chile powder
2 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp brown sugar
29oz diced tomatoes
6oz tomato paste
4 cups beef broth
2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce
Directions
Add vegetable oil and onions to a large dutch oven on medium heat and cook until the onions turn translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring well.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart in larger chunks and allow the beef to sear.
Add in salt, ancho chile powder, cumin, paprika, and brown sugar and stir well, cook for 1 minute.
Add in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Hot Sauce and whisk well.
Add in beef broth and bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
