These buffalo ranch quesadillas were made by Matt Ramsey (tiktok: @cookerofdeliciousness), he added our Ghost Pepper sauce to the chicken to give it some extra heat. This is the perfect recipe for when you want something delicious and super easy to put together.
4-5 cups rotisserie chicken
1/2 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce
2 Tbsp of avocado oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Cut up 4 rotisserie chicken into squares or strips
Put the chicken in a bowl and add 2 Tbsp of avocado oil. Toss around to get coated.
Add the ranch packet to the chicken and mix. Toss until coated.
Move chicken to a skillet and heat until warm.
While heating the chicken, melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 Tbsp of garlic powder, then mix.
Once the chicken is cooked, add Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Sauce. onto the chicken. Mix around until evenly covered.
Now, put the butter mix on 1 side of the quesadilla and flip it over. Heat until golden.
Add cheese, chicken, and ranch then close the quesadilla.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and enjoy!
