This is the perfect recipe to use to meal prep lunches for the week! It's full of flavor, refrigerated and easy to put together!
Turkey Pinwheels Recipe | Elijah's Xtreme
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp milk
2 oz baby spinach
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
8 oz thinly sliced deli turkey
4 burrito size flour tortillas (10 inch)
Cut 8oz cream cheese into ½ inch cubes and place in a medium bowl. Set at room temperature to soften for about an hour.
Finely chop ⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes. Add tomatoes, parmesan, 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning, and ½ tsp garlic powder to the cream cheese and mix until well combined. Pour in 2 Tbsp milk and mix until fully combined and spreadable.
Place 1 burrito size flour tortilla on a flat surface. Top with ¼ of the cream cheese mixture and evenly spread to the edges of the tortilla. Top with ¼ of the baby spinach in an even layer, then top with ¼ of the deli turkey in an even layer. Then pour Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce on top.
Roll up the tortilla very tightly, making sure there is no gap in the center. Place on a flat surface seam side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Trim the ends and cut the rolls crosswise into 1 inch rounds.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
