Great Stuff!

My two favorite peppers! This heat with a touch or garlic! This heat with taste, best sauce that I’ve used. And I use a lot of sauces. Have made my own sauce, worked in kitchens and restaurants for years. I’m a fan!

Hot, great buy

Great hot sauce, flavorful, not vinegary, smells and tastes like hot, psycho peppers and garlic. I aliquot a small volume into a condiment bottle, and keep both this giant stock bottle and the aliquot in the fridge since I want to preserve freshness given the high % pepper mash. This sauce is insanely spicy! As a capsaicin addict bored of ghost peppers, this stuff makes me feel like a noob again and I'm loving it! I am perhaps concerned my gallon will one day go bad if I don't consume it fast enough, but I don't think it's likely since I'm keeping in the fridge and it's acidic. It's everything I want in a hot sauce - tastes great, great value, and it's a high % mash of two of the hottest peppers around.
