1 1/3 cups water (temp. must be between 105F-110F)

1 Tbsp honey

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Mix yeast well with the water in a separate bowl. Then pour yeast mix in the bowl with the flour. Add honey and mix well until you can form a ball with the dough.
Knead dough for 10 minutes, sprinkle it with flour and separate into three balls. Put the 3 balls in a baking dish and sprinkle some cornmeal over it. Cover and set in the oven or a warm place for 3 hours to rise.
Take the dough out after about 1 ½ hours and push it down so it can rise again.
Take dough out and roll it out in the shape of a pizza. First, drizzle olive oil and spread it out evenly. Then spread your marinara sauce over top.
Now add chopped fresh basil and mozzarella and bake at 500F for about 8 minutes.
Drizzle Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce all over, cut into triangles and enjoy!
