1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce

Flour (enough to fill large bowl)

Boneless chicken breast and/or thighs

1 Tbsp cayenne

1 Tbsp salt

2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions
In a large bowl, pour pickle juice and buttermilk. Add Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Sauce and whisk. Put chicken in the mixture and marinate in the fridge for 45 hours.
In flour mix, add paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and mix together.
Coat chicken in marinade then coat in flour mix and repeat one more time for each chicken breast.
Fry 6-8 minutes in hot oil.
Scoop 1 ladle full of the hot oil and put in a bowl. Add brown sugar, cayenne, chili powder, paprika and salt. Then mix together well and brush onto chicken.
Put chicken on bun with toppings of choice and enjoy!
