Ingredients
2 slices of bread
1 avocado
Tofu, or chicken
Elijah's Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Sauce
Red onion
Your favorite dressing
Cilantro, for garnish
Salt
Directions
Lightly toast your bread and slice your avocado. Spread your avocado over the toasted bread.
You can use sliced tofu or chicken as your meat. Lather that in Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple-Mango Habanero Sauce and put a few pieces over top of the avocado.
Then add a few slices of a red onion and drizzle your favorite dressing over top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, sprinkle with some salt and enjoy!
