2 eggs, scrambled

Spinach leaves

Shredded cheese

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Low carb/Low calorie wrap
-
1 Avocado, sliced
-
Elijah's Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce

Oil, for cooking
Directions
In a pan with some oil, lay sliced tomatoes down and season with salt and pepper. Flip once and pour scrambled eggs on top of tomatoes.
Add spinach, shredded cheese and everything bagel seasoning to top of eggs.
Put one wrap on top of all toppings and gently flip so that wrap is on the bottom of the pan. Let wrap brown.
Add sliced avocados and Elijah’s Xtreme Original Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce and fold the omelet in half. Make sure the wrap is browned and if not flip a few more times until done.
Serve and enjoy!
