Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp Elijah's Xtreme Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce
Elijah's Xtreme Reaper Sauce
1 Tbsp Sweet Basil & Oregano Bruschetta Seasoning Mix
1 Tbsp Granulated California Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Organic Curry Powder (salt-free)
1 cup Spinach
Low-fat Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a bowl.
Add in 1 Tbsp sweet basil and oregano bruschetta seasoning mix, 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder, and 1 tbsp curry powder.
Now add Elijah's Xtreme Roasted Pepper Sauce and Elijah's Xtreme Reaper Sauce.
Mix together until it's a smooth consistency.
In a pan, on medium to high heat, cook both chicken breasts until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (73.9 C).
Spread the sauce on a tortilla.
Put 1 cup of spinach on top of the sauce.
Place chicken on top of all of that then add low fat mozzarella cheese.
Top with some more sauce, close and wrap the quesadilla in tin foil.
Then heat it up however you'd like and enjoy!
