Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elijah's Xtreme and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete the signup form on elijahsxtreme.com and provide their name, email address, and phone number. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 1/2/2023 and ends on 1/13/2023. All entries must be received by 1/12/2023 to be eligible.

Prize: The prizes for this giveaway are: Item 1 - is one year supply* of any sauce, equivalent to 12 bottles or 1 bottle per month for one year. Item 2 - one entire sauce collection including 2 BBQ sauces & 6 hot sauces. Item 3 - $50 Elijah's Xtreme Digital Gift Card. Item 4 - 6 bottles of Reaper Sauce. Item 5 - Ghost Pepper Sauce Gallon. All items will be shipped to the winners for free.

The prize will be awarded to the winner at the sole discretion of Elijah's Xtreme Gourmet Sauces, inc. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified by email and or SMS within 1-2 days of the end of the giveaway period.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, you grant Elijah's Xtreme Gourmet Sauces inc the right to use your name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Release: By entering the giveaway, you release Elijah's Xtreme Gourmet Sauces inc and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to Giveaway: Elijah's Xtreme Gourmet Sauces inc reserves the right to change the terms of the giveaway or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
