It started in 2003, when six-year-old Elijah bit into his first pepper in his dad's garden. Eleven years and a lot of failed batches later, the two of us bottled something we were finally proud of.

Every recipe is still ours — developed, tasted and argued over by the two of us. Fresh peppers do all the work, for the flavor and for the heat — never fermented, never aged, never an extract. That is where the bright, vibrant taste comes from.
