FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do your sauces contain extracts?

NO!! We don't like them so we don't use them. We only use natural pepper heat to make our sauces super hot. No chemicals or extracts.

Why does it cost more than regular hot sauce?

Regular vinegar based hot sauce is no more that water and some pepper juice that has been sitting around for the last 7 years... We use fresh peppers and real ingredients that you can actually taste! With this comes some extra cost, but trust us... It's worth it!

Do I need to refrigerate after opening?

You don’t have to, but to best preserve the sauces it’s a good idea to keep them cold. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (you could get lucky and your order will be shipped out the same day!) – Single bottles are shipped USPS First Class - two or more bottles are shipped USPS Priority 2 Day shipping. 

Does it come in a box?

Yes! All of our products come in boxes, perfect for gifts.

What happens if a bottle breaks during shipping?

Send us an email at Orders@ElijahsXtreme.com with a picture of the package and your order number. We will ship out your replacement ASAP!

GREAT STUFF

I am not a HOT type Sauce person. Sooo Elijah's has a solution and in my world it's the Pineapple Mango sauce. It is GOOD on just about everything I like Hot ( Mild ) Sauce on. These Guys have a Great Story and Sell - Ship Well. I Bought a Case this time :)
